My role
As a part of the Customer Success team at QualityHealth, I worked alongside fellow designers and the Dev and Marketing teams to create a variety of email advertisements for the company’s subscriber base.
Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign, Constant Contact platform
Many of the emails I designed for the CX team were centered around free sample offerings that I curated from the internet. The theme of the emails could either be generic or centered around a specific event or time of year.
Given time or the specific project, I was tasked with designing downloadable content to accompany the emails I made for QualityHealth’s audience. These pieces could be either one-sheets or occasionally ebooks.
Here is a collection of one-sheets I created for QualityHealth. While the respective email creatives for the illustrations outside of the “Poisonous Plant Guide” have been lost over time, I still have great appreciation for the content I still have on hand.
There were a few projects at QualityHealth that combined email marketing with more extensive content offerings. I would design the longer form content and email page assets in tandem so that deadlines for launch could be met in a timely manner. Below is an example of a free cook book I created along with developing the creatives for the respective email for it to be accessible through.
